How long is the delivery time?

Delivery time is usually takes 2- 3 days after we have received your order. If your order has been delayed for more than one week please contact on our customer care number.

We are currently only deliver to and within United Arab Emirates

What happens to damaged items ?

Please report any damages within a reasonable timescale to our customer service team. You can reach us over email or WhatsApp with attached images of the damaged units. Also, please do not dispose any item(s) until you have a response from our side

What if I receive a wrong item?

Please report to our customer service team. You can reach us over email or WhatsApp on the day of delivery of the goods. Kindly send us the image of the item received against the invoice item. You can email or WhatsApp the image of the wrong item to the customer service team so the right item can be shipped out without any delay.

What if I want to cancel my order?

AAWED itself on the timely delivery of your beauty products and so long as the shipment has not left our warehouse, the order may be canceled. Cancellations can be completed by contacting our Customer Service team via emailing. If the shipment has already left our warehouse, we won’t be able to cancel the order.

What if I don’t like the perfume I purchased? Can I return it?

No, once the product is opened, we do not take returns.

Do you accept card payments if I choose cash on delivery?

No, we do not take card payments if you have opted for cash on delivery. The payment needs to be done in cash.

Can I place my order from WhatsApp?

No, you can’t. We don’t accept orders on WhatsApp. You have to to place an order from the website.

Can I get a specific time when my order will be delivered?

We have an outsourced courier company, we can only request the courier company to deliver the products at a requested time but cannot guarantee. For delivery time request, kindly contact our WhatsApp number
